Position Overview:
This role is responsible for acquisition, retention and expansion of new and existing loan, deposit and treasury relationships. This position provides exceptional customer service by taking ownership of the customer experience.
What you will be doing:
Responsible for annual goals tied to loan and deposit volume, cross-sales, call planning/prospecting and fee income generation.
Managing and growing existing customer relationships with businesses that generally have $0M to $1 to $2M in revenue.
Takes ownership of credit sheet content and quality by working closely with credit analysts on their successful and timely completion.
Executes exemplary portfolio management via the following by: Maintaining appropriate risk rating on all credits at all times, managing administrative past dues to 0% at all times, managing delinquencies as close to 0% at all times, keeping documentation exceptions to a minimum, maintaining covenant tracking without missing testing dates, and limit reporting tickler exceptions to a minimum
Works closely with internal partners to generate internal referrals as wells as developing an external network of centers of influence.
Takes part in bank events during and after hours.
Responsible for understanding the impact of lending on the bank's CRA goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
1-3 years of relevant experience
General computer skills
Travel: Moderate (10-50%)
