Our current hybrid approach requires staff to work onsite a minimum of two days each week, every Tuesday and one other day, to be determined by their business unit. Hybrid staff are also welcome to come in additional days each week or may be asked to come in on other days by their manager.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Digital Associate Producer at MASTERPIECE will report to the Director of Digital Content and play a crucial role in the ongoing operation of our digital platforms. Primary responsibilities include the regular review of our website and other digital platforms to ensure they remain consistent, fresh and engaging. The Digital Associate Producer will publish and promote digital assets, utilize various content management systems for digital platform updates and create or repurpose content to meet our audience's needs. The Digital Associate Producer will review and revise content to maximize its SEO effectiveness.
The Digital Associate Producer has an important role in production workflow, and will maintain the Digital team's calendar, create and update project documentation, regularly review analytics, create digital performance reports and facilitate communications with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of digital initiatives.
The Digital Associate Producer will also be involved in key digital communications efforts including creating and distributing our email newsletters.
This role will be integral to sustaining the high standards and innovative presence of MASTERPIECE in the digital realm.

Regularly Manage, Update, and Maintain Digital Platforms:
Ensure the website and other selected digital platforms are continuously updated and maintained.
Keep the content fresh and engaging for the audience.
Utilize various content management systems for efficient site updates.
Create or repurpose content to meet audience needs and expectations.
Coordinate Production Workflow:
Monitor the digital team's calendar and ensure all schedules are up to date.
Keep track of all ongoing Digital projects including deadlines and deliverables.
Update and create project documentation in the team wiki.
Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor Content Across Platforms:
Ensure the consistency and current relevance of digital content across various platforms.
Regularly review content for accuracy and timeliness.
Support Digital Communications:
Assist in the creation and distribution of email newsletters.
Engage with the audience to foster community and viewer loyalty.
Analytics and SEO Support:
Review digital platform analytics. Generate and update digital performance reports to analyze the effectiveness of content strategies.
Optimize and refresh content to ensure SEO effectiveness. Research SEO trends and best practices.
What skills you need:
Strong organizational and project management skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
Awareness of various content management systems and digital analytics tools.
Understanding of SEO strategies and digital marketing principles.
Knowledge of and interest in short-form video trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging a diverse stakeholder group.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field or equivalent work experience required.
1-2 years of experience in digital content production, ideally within entertainment or media industries.
