Line Sanitation Lead (Manufacturing)

Line Sanitation Lead
The Line Sanitation Lead is responsible for coordinating the duties of the line sanitation crew to ensure that the warehouse facility and equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized. Supports the Line Sanitation Supervisor in holding employees accountable for job performance, administering discipline, coaching, and training.

Preferred:
Prior supervisory experience
Bilingual English/Spanish

Required:
Strong organizational skills
Careful attention to detail
Ability to manage and direct people
Ability to hold employees accountable to meet performance standards
Working knowledge of computers; proficiency with use of email, Microsoft Word, and the UKG timekeeping system
Ability to become certified to operate a lift truck
Ability to provide effective, ongoing training to employees covering safety, good manufacturing practices, and company policies

Salary:
$20.75/hr (+ applicable longevity)
