As a Sr Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for all aspects of the software delivery process. Evaluating large and complex business processes, researching new technologies, working with our business partners ensuring all robotics and automation requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to document business and system requirements with business units, project sponsors, and technology teams.
Serve as a product champion including conveying product visions, prioritizing work for products, and monitoring deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Communicate product and project status with leadership, sponsors, stakeholders, and upper and executive management.
Manage relationships with software vendors as needed.
Work with other Business Systems Analysts to document business processes, gather requirements, and uncover areas for improvement.
Partner with Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Internal Audit to design compliant, secure, stable, and reliable solutions complying with HIPAA standards.
Develop detailed implementation plans for complex technology solutions.
Perform problem determination and determine escalation paths for complex issues.
Adhere to product delivery processes including overseeing system access, protecting data, procuring hardware and software, and engaging vendors.
Obtain agreements on purpose, scope, and limitations on proposed technology solutions with vendors, business areas, and other technology teams under minimal guidance.
Advocate on behalf of the business units to ensure solution designs meet user requirements and effectively and efficiently address business process needs.
This position requires minimal travel to the Orlando Central Fill location.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in business systems analysis including identifying business processes and supporting process improvements.
5+ years of experience analyzing problems and translating into solutions.
5+ years of experience planning, organizing, and managing all activities associated with delivering solutions in a distributed environment.
3+ years of experience working with enterprise database management systems (e.g., SQL server, Oracle)
Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with the ability to work within the defined roles and responsibilities.
Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation, including researching complex issues, determining root cause, developing workarounds, and communicating issues with our vendors for resolution delivery.
Ability to travel minimally to the Orlando Central Fill location.
Expert knowledge and experience working with pharmacy systems including working with business and technical audiences.
Experience managing 3rd party vendor relationships.
Knowledge of infrastructure and systems concepts
Experience performing data analysis through creating and executing queries, interpreting results, and communicating findings to technical and business audiences.
Experience with supporting solutions requiring adherence to regulatory and compliance controls in accordance with company policies and standards.
