Project Engineer (Engineering)

Job Description:

Assist in entitlement process of development projects.
Asist in management of construction projects.
Assist in tracking of project costs.
Thoroughly understand owner, subcontractor, and vendor contracts.
Verify contractual obligations to owner are met.
Enforce contractual requirements of subcontracts.
Prepare and assist in the preparation of project schedules.
Assist in material, vendor, and subcontractor procurement.
Assist in budget creation and updating of forecast.
Responsible for project documentation and distribution.
Responsible RFIs & submittals.
Assist in creation/submission and approval of Change Orders.
Every team member is responsible for safety.
Responsible for frequent site visits.
Read and interpret plans.
Attend weekly meetings. Take and distribute meeting minutes.
Other duties as assigned.
