Product Manager, Payor - Data Products (Remote/Flexible) (Finance)

Reporting to the Director, Product Management - Data Products, the Product Manager, Payor - Data Products will be responsible for developing new products and improving existing ones. They will drive the product discovery, design, and define the solutions for Payors within Data Products.

Responsibilities
  • Understand user journey and needs, market dynamics, and innovation opportunities for Insulet to transform the way diabetes is managed
  • Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
  • Develop a clear and compelling vision, roadmap, and strategy for Insulet's products
  • Present business cases that drive prioritization and decision-making
  • Investigate and triage product performance issues, such as bugs and complaints
  • Collaborate with Agile engineering teams on software product development
  • Collaborate with product marketing to shape go-to-market strategy
  • Build trust and confidently interface with all functions and levels in the organization: executive leadership, engineering, UX, data science, program, marketing, regulatory, privacy, cybersecurity, operations, and medical affairs teams
  • Evangelize best practices for product management, design, and engineering at Insulet

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in a Product Management position, ideally in medical device or digital health
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Design, Marketing, or Business.
  • Experience leading end-to-end product management

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with software as medical device product management, with deep knowledge of regulatory, data privacy, security, & quality requirements globally
  • Experience developing and commercializing medical devices or digital health solutions
  • Diabetes experience or knowledge a plus
  • Experience working with Payor strongly preferred

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $121,800.00 - $182,700.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
