The Special Venue Sales Manager is responsible for representing the hotel's services and facilities with a focus on the hotel's restaurant and bar outlets to prospective clients and customers in the hotel's continuing guest service and financial profitability.
What will I be doing?
As a Special Venues Sales Manager, you would be responsible for specifically performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Respond to sales inquiries from potential clients and customers seeking meeting space, food and beverage services or an event in the hotel's restaurant outlets.
- Initiate new sales, prospects and qualify leads and solicit potential clients
- Host and entertain clients and maintain client accounts
- Conduct property site visits and answer questions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, service accounts and analyze lost business for the hotel.
- Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Partner with operations departments to ensure full participation in servicing
- Creatively design events in our restaurant and bar outlets to maximize revenue and event experience
What are we looking for?
- 1+ Years of Catering sales or Private events sales
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to connect with clients and do property sites specific to client needs
- Assets:
- Hilton experience
- Delphi / FDC Experience

The Hourly range for this role is $30.00-$34.50 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. #LI-JL2
