We are currently seeking a Landscape Production Manager to oversee and ensure the success of our landscape installations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager who combines technical expertise with leadership and a passion for creating stunning outdoor environments. As a Landscape Production Manager, you will play a key role in supervising the installation of both hardscape and softscape projects, managing teams, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You'll collaborate closely with crew leaders, clients, and suppliers to guarantee seamless operations and outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

Oversee landscape installation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards and project timelines are met.
Manage and coordinate crews in implementing landscape designs, including planting, hardscapes, irrigation, and other elements.
Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution, while ensuring efficient use of materials, equipment, and labor.
Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective practices to keep within financial constraints.
Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
Troubleshoot issues that arise during installation, adjusting plans as needed to overcome challenges.
Ensure compliance with all company safety protocols on job sites.
Mentor and train crew leaders and team members to develop skills and maintain high productivity.
Implement sustainable and environmentally friendly landscaping practices wherever applicable.
