Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing staff and workload to meet or exceed productivity performance standards. Provide functional supervision to team members in the absence of Supervisor.
May assist in the training of associates at assigned location.
Under the direction of the supervisor, facilitates team meetings, assist with employee reviews and provide feedback, review site employee errors and trains, coaches and provides day-to-day direction and training to eliminate potential errors.
At the direction of the supervisor, may be tasks with gathering data to support the maintenance of records including time cards/sheets, training data, etc.
Embrace KPI's, track trends and best practices implemented by supervisor.
Direct the workflow of team in support of customer needs and best practices standards.
Perform all duties of the Supply Chain Clerk and act as backup as necessary.
Requirements:
Education
High school diploma
Relevant Work Experience
1 year experience as a Supply Chain Clerk.
Additional
Must be able to read and communicate in English.
Must have basic math skills (addition/subtraction) and strong interpersonal/relationship-building skills.
Must have a high sense of urgency and be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
Previous experience with SAP and Catalyst or another inventory management system. Pro-track experience.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$18.75 - $26.25 HourlyThis salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
