Archaeological Field Technicians Needed in Brown County, Ohio The West Virginia office of Cultural Resource Analysts, Inc. anticipates having archaeological field technician positions available for an ongoing Phase I archaeological survey in Brown County, Ohio, beginning on January 27, 2025. The wage rate for these projects will typically be $19.25 to $21.25 per hour, depending on experience, with per diem of $46 per day and single occupancy hotel rooms. Lodging and cash per diem will be provided for all work days. Additional accommodations can be made for experienced candidates. A bachelor's degree in anthropology and attendance in a field school are required. Candidates need to have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness and demonstrated ability to work and hike in adverse weather conditions. Stooping, bending and lifting are essential functions of the position.
