We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and highly collaborative marketing team. This hybrid opportunity could be located in our Golden Valley, MN, Waukesha, WI, Cincinnati, OH, or Columbus, OH office.
Our new digital marketing manager will thrive in a hands-on environment, leading strategy and execution for our digital marketing efforts with a heavy emphasis on lead generation. Were looking for an individual with a broad digital understanding who knows the ins and outs of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Personalization, and Data Cloud and loves optimizing new integrations to get the most from our toolset!

As the MRA Digital Marketing Manager, you will work directly with the Marketing Director. You'll help determine target audiences and develop automated campaigns using Marketing Cloud to help build eye-catching, exciting, dynamic emails that generate results and support our regular communication efforts. Youll have a hand in the strategy and execution of campaigns that span our digital channels, including our website, social media channels, and digital advertising programs. You'll also be the data expert, tracking engagement and generating leads for our sales team.
You will manage and collaborate with our digital marketing coordinators, supporting their execution of our campaigns across email, social media, and other channels. As the Marketing teams expert in Salesforce systems and integrations, you will assist our sales and business partners in understanding and using these tools. You will also help maintain the data integrity and security of Salesforce databases.

Strategic: Assist with the email marketing strategy and develop a lead generation strategy to significantly increase prospect leads and net new members (customers).Business Acumen: See the "big picture" of the organization, how the key business drivers relate to each other, how they work together to produce profitable growth, and how they contribute to the organization's success.Execute: Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team to create compelling, accurate, and prompt marketing communications and campaigns that directly contribute to lead conversions, revenue growth, increased retention, and increased use of MRA services.Math and Analytical Skills: You need to have a solid understanding of marketing analytics and how to apply data to our real-world efforts.
Job Requirements
A four-year degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or a related field, with proven work experience in marketing strategies and email marketing, is required.At least four years of experience working with marketing and email marketing communications in a corporate environment or agency setting.
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with knowledge of other Salesforce platforms.
Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns.
Five years of experience in B2C and B2B marketing.
Database management and list creation experience is required, and experience with tools like ZoomInfo is a plus.Strong knowledge of best practices for email creative, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM/GDPR regulations.
Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform minor adjustments on an image.
Excellent project management skills, including breaking projects into tasks and timelines.
Team player who can work with business partners, sales leaders, front-end developers, content developers, creative team, and design partners.
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and meet deadlines while keeping quality and results in mind.
