Regional Sales Manager -- South East (Education)
Achieve regional financial objectives by driving results through supporting, coaching and developing Territory Managers and Independent Sales Representatives through TIDIs Purpose to Support Caregivers and Protect Patients.
This position will lead the South East Region (Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and East Tennessee)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish, implement, check and adjust a sales plan for an $15-25 Million Dollar region consisting of 9-10 territories in support of national objectives
Develop a thorough understanding of the business goals, business strategies, operating principles, market knowledge including competitive products, pricing, product positioning, market share, and market tactics within accounts
Drive growth in strategic IDNs through collaboration with the Health Systems Team
Provide alignment, training and coaching to Territory Managers in assigned territories through weekly co-travel, weekly calls, sales meetings and industry conferences (Gemba) and share feedback from field to Management and Marketing
Lead Regional sales meetings to provide alignment on strategy, product training and strategy implementation
Interview, hire and communicate job expectations to potential Territory Manager Candidates
Review, coach and enhance performance of Territory Managers in Region via the elements of the TIDI Management System with a strong focus on developing and modeling ideal behaviors within the Sales Management System
Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree required in Marketing or Business or equivalent experience
5+ years of Medical Device experience
2+ Years of proven leadership success
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress
Demonstrate effective leadership, planning and decision-making skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Power Point
Experience using a CRM system preferably Salesforce.com
Communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts
Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Work both independently and with others
Travel a minimum of 60%
Achieve credentialing through Vendormate, RepTrax or similar agency, including being vaccinated against COVID

The estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $150,000.00 $175,000.00, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances. In addition, this role is eligible for commissions targeted at 40 percent of pay. Commission is paid on a quarterly basis.
