MIC - Welder (EBEAM Weld) (Finance)
E-Beam Welder / Operator
* 4-day Monday-Thursday schedule
Responsibilities include:
• Set up and Operate E-Beam welder using basic fixturing
• Disassemble shielding and clean chambers on E-Beam welders
• Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping and material handling tasks
• Monitor the operation of vacuum equipment on the E-Beam welders
• Properly perform routine filament change
• Perform welding duties utilizing GTAW or GMAW processes
• Display proficiency in joining high nickel alloys, aluminum alloys, and titanium alloys.
• Read and understand blueprints, welding symbols per AWS A2.1, and GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Knowledge of weld qualification requirements for ASME BPVC Section IX and AWS D1 is a plus.
• Knowledge of ASME BPVC Section 2 is a plus.
• CWI Licenses is a plus
• Display proficiency utilizing measuring instruments such as tape measure, square, caliper, and protractor.
• Knowledge and prior experience operating CNC machining a plus
• Knowledge of GD&T tolerancing a plus.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years or more experience with operating an E-Beam Welding machine.

Day Shift (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Mon-Thur)
Night Shift (4:00 PM - 2:30 AM, Mon-Thur)
