533101.Senior Manager, Technology Program Management Office (Information Technology)
POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology, is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining an enterprise IT Portfolio Management program to ensure that IT Products, Projects, and Programs are planned according to business unit demands, priority, and delivered. The position includes providing the vision and leadership necessary to plan and execute strategic programs, manage organizational change, the technology portfolio, IT program financial management, coaching, training, and tactical projects.
This position requires a visionary leader with sound knowledge of technology product, project, portfolio, change management, and business management practices. They will proactively work with business units and corporate functions to plan prioritize and implement technology initiatives that meet prioritized business objectives. The ideal candidate will also drive the prioritization process for IT investment across the enterprise and manage the organizational change to increase business value and decrease negative impacts.
Must be knowledgeable about the business environment, have good working relationships in the organization, and ensure that the processes for delivery of work meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate is a thought leader, a consensus builder, and an integrator of people and processes. They must also be able to coordinate disparate drivers, constraints, and personalities, while maintaining objectivity, and possess a strong understanding of project and program management methodologies.
COMPENSATION: $125,000 and up based on experience
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Three (3)+ years of program and/or project management experience
· Experience in developing teams preferably for technology programs or portfolios
· Experience developing and managing program and/or project budgets
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Technology Management, Business Management, or related degree, or equivalent experience
· Agile certifications (like CSM, CSPO, SAFe, or PMI-ACP)
· Project management certifications (like PgMP, PMP, or Prince2)
· Certifications in organizational change management (Prosci, CCMP)
· Experience in IT financial management

· Knowledge of program, product, and project management methodology
· Knowledge of project planning tools with evidence of practical application. Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
· Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate the program objectives, motivate staff, and maintain alignment with the business strategy
· Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies and how they may be applied to the program to meet business and strategic objectives
· Experience in the management of programs and projects
· Experience working with all levels within an organization, including the Executive Management team
