Our company is currently seeking a Grade Crew Foremanto support projects in the Columbia/Lexington areas.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Directing and supervising a crew of 4-5 employees to build jobs according to plans.All paperwork associated with reporting hours for the crew and payroll. In addition to tracking and reporting on the work performed, as well as job status.Basic understanding of grade-checking, construction math (volumes, area takeoffs, conversions), plan reading.Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.Knowledge of soil and base construction, earthwork quality control test methods.Understand the capabilities of earthwork equipment.Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Understand the basics of GPS technology and survey.
