Position Summary/Duties :
We seek outstanding applications for an NSF funded postdoctoral position. Applicants with an interest in issues associated with remote/hybrid work, boundary management and role transitions, and employee wellbeing are encouraged to apply. The candidate will work under the supervision of Drs. Tammy Allen and Kristen Shockley.
The successful candidate will manage an NSF-funded project on remote/hybrid work, contribute to and potentially lead the successful publication of related research from existing data sets, and mentor graduate and undergraduate students. This is a 12-month appointment. Opportunities exist for cross-disciplinary training in occupational health and/or information sciences. This appointment is grant-funded and is subject to the continuation of those funds. This is a full-time position located on the main campus at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. Remote/hybrid work arrangements can be discussed.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education & Experience):
Minimum Requirements :
The candidate must have a Ph.D. from an accredited institution in industrial-organizational psychology, organizational behavior, or related fields of study prior to the start date.
Preferred Requirements :
