Kimberly-Clark Professional wipes, towels, and cloths deliver essential cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting solutions and are a focus category playing a vital role in the organization's plans for growth. In this Category Manager role, you'll manage the portfolio of wiping solutions that make up the North America Critical Clean & Kimtech P&L. This will be inclusive of identifying product innovation and/or renovation strategies, portfolio management, & commercial activation. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving category growth & profit improvement programs while maintaining alignment with brand & category strategy as well as translating market insights into actions that bring value to our customers to enable profitable growth. This position reports to the Associate Director, North America Wipers Category, and partners extensively with cross-functional partners to achieve Category objectives.
In this role, you will:
Manage the P&L for North America Critical Clean & Kimtech Wipers to maximize profitable growth.
Partner with US & Canada Marketing, Sales, & Supply Chain Teams to develop ongoing product forecasts for new and existing product categories.
Define pricing plan based on North America pricing strategy, set prices for the US and Canada, and manage price increases for assigned product categories; approve pricing discounts/deals & monitor value equation competitiveness & adjust appropriately to deliver sales/profit targets.
Build and leverage external market and internal insights that inform commercial execution to create and capture customer value.
Lead marketing initiatives (Innovation / Renovation / Life Cycle Maximization / Product Changes) in support of driving a profitable P&L.
Build commercial value proposition for customers (end-user, chooser, distribution & sales).
Partner with Wipers Commercialization Manager to build and activate commercial sales and marketing plans from launch to revenue realization.
Partner with Customer Marketing to align Reasons to Believe for product solutions and lead the development & execution of detailed product commercialization plans.
Support North America Regulatory Team with market specific information for assigned product categories.
Partner with Research & Engineering Team to manage North America renovation / cost improvement projects from kick-off to execution.
Partner with Sales Capability to build capability of sales organization in assigned product categories to improve sales closure rates.
Partner with Channel Marketing & Business Development Teams to define channel marketing plans per market, including launch plans for innovation, renovation & product changes.
Partner with North America Wipers Innovation Team to leverage Category & Brand Foundations, product claims & sales tools, and manage local legal or regulatory approval (where appropriate) for assigned projects.
Partner with North America Category Sustainability Team to identify, prioritize, and resource initiatives to meet customer needs – including marketing, communications, and certifications.

Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline.
6+ years' experience in Marketing / Brand management / Sales roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership behavior. Strong preference for B2B experience.
Strong business & organizational acumen – understanding of market dynamics, P&L management & commercial mindset, project, and stakeholder management, etc.
Strong analytical, decision making, influence, and compelling communication skills.
Ability to craft vision and strategy and make it come to life with actionable plans.
Able to support product development, working with R&D, Manufacturing & Product Supply.
Managing & successfully influencing complex stakeholder relationships
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross functional teams to deliver strong plans.
Proven capability to make tough, informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a B2B environment (highly preferred).
Masters / MBA with concentration in Marketing.
High level of familiarity with supply and demand planning processes.

Salary Range: $106,000-$131,000 USD
Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark include pay and a full benefits package. The anticipated base pay range for this job is listed above, and this position may also be eligible for a target bonus opportunity of a percentage of the base pay. Individual base pay levels will be based on multiple factors including, but are not limited to, location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
