Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Manager, Security and Workplace Violence Prevention is responsible for ensuring a safe work environment by leading internal safety and physical security operations. The Manager, Security and Workplace Violence Prevention also serves as the leader of workplace violence prevention at Signature Health, including participating in the review and analysis of workplace violence incident data, developing training programs for workplace violence prevention, leading incident response and internal mass communications, and chairing the Workplace Violence Prevention Committee. The Manager, Security and Workplace Violence Prevention will collaborate across the organization, with contracted security officers, and external law enforcement agencies to ensure effective workplace violence prevention and timely incident response.
