Summary
Our Customer Service Clerks assist customers by answering customer questions at our service desk and provide helpful suggestions about our products and services.
Responsibilities
Open and maintain customer loyalty accounts by recording account informationResolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolutionThe Customer Service clerk will process customer refunds as requestedRecommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and assessing customer needsWill answer incoming calls and identify and assess customers' needsWill build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communicationWill handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolutionFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies of our storeResolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social mediaGreet customers warmly, assist customers with their accounts, orders, refunds, exchanges and questionsProcess payment transactionsOther duties and functions as assigned
Requirements
HS Diploma or equivalentMust have excellent customer service skills with a least one year of experience working in a retail customer service roleFamiliar with CRM systems and practicesCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customersMust be able to speak, read and communicate in the English languageAbility to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
