Partner with Sourcing leaders to help define, measure, and identify actionable insights, recommendations, and contingencies for key performance measures aimed at minimizing cost and ensuring supply continuity
Support RFP (Request for Proposal) processes by identifying baseline spending and key success criteria, analyzing vendor proposals, and providing recommendations
Lead annual category assessments of all key categories
Work with finance and Sourcing leaders to provide strategic decision support/analysis, including support on key cost reduction initiatives
Utilize excellent system, process, and analytical skills to identify cost savings opportunities and work with Sourcing leaders to implement
Identify and lead RPA (Robotic Process Automation) opportunities for the Sourcing team
Continuously learn the business including competitive landscape, supply strategies, and negotiation tactics
Subject Matter Expert for Spend Analytics tool (Coupa AIC)
Key contributor in global Source to Pay transformation project
Assist with new supplier and market research
Participate on various project teams as needed
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Supply chain or another related field required
Experience:
1-2 years of related experience required; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Strong systems background - knowledge of SAP including SAP Business Objects Reporting and Business Planning and Consolidation tools preferred
