Your Role: The MRO Procurement and Maintenance Coordinator
The Consultant-Manufacturing Engineering is responsible for the management and procurement of facility, manufacturing, QC lab equipment and all spare parts associated with the equipment as well as coordination / scheduling of corrective and preventive maintenance, calibrations, contractor maintenance, and other work orders. The MRO Procurement and Maintenance Coordinator will work to achieve the corporate goals of customer service levels, inventory targets, and help maintain the facility storeroom and CMMS system to assure adequate spare parts are kept on hand for all equipment. This position will assign equipment ID numbers, manage the site equipment implementation system, and provide procurement functions for the Maintenance & Engineering groups for capital projects and any other procurement needs.
Your Responsibilities:
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 5+ years' experience in a regulated, commercial manufacturing environment, including 3+ years in a maintenance-related field. Experience must be inclusive of a minimum of 2+ years ERP systems knowledge and/or advance planning knowledge and how it relates to an ERP System. Experience with commissioning & qualification, validation, and change management processes.
