Massage Therapist (Healthcare)

Our Massage Therapist Will:

Provide compassionate and therapeutic massage services to hospice patients to promote comfort and relaxation. Offer supportive massage therapy to caregivers and colleagues as appropriate, fostering overall well-being within team.
Evaluate patients for appropriate indication of massage therapy services and perform a thorough assessment to identify the most effective therapeutic interventions and techniques for optimal outcomes.
Treat patients to relieve and manage symptoms such as pain, muscle tension, anxiety and limited mobility, while providing psychological, psychosocial, physical, and spiritual comfort.
Provide education and awareness to patients, families, caregivers and the clinical team regarding appropriateness or contraindications for therapy treatment.
Document treatments and patient outcomes in EMR system in an accurate and timely manner.
