Description
You will work as part of Northern Trust's Technology Risk and Control team to drive technology risk profiling and assessments, establish and maintain mappings between various inputs, and produce and present effective reporting. You will coordinate with other first line of defense teams, such as in the infrastructure and information security areas, as well as the second line of defense to ensure accurate and high quality results. You will be part of a dedicated and outstanding team that focuses on promoting control awareness and properly manage risks within the global information technology organization.
Responsibilities
Perform risk profiling for the Technology business unit and Cyber and Technology risk domain more broadly Establish and/or coordinate mapping between the enterprise risk management framework, internal standards, regulatory frameworks, metrics, and Risk and Control Self-Assessment process results Contribute to risk assessment activity in support of risk profile reporting efforts Coordinate with 1LOD and 2LOD teams Produce risk profile reporting for senior leadership Influence behaviors to reduce risk and foster a strong technology risk management culture throughout the enterprise.

Salary Range:
$114,700 - 194,900 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
