The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center dedicated to providing high-quality care in a 50-bed facility. With a focus on physical, occupational, and speech therapy, we also offer specialized memory care in a secured environment. Summary

We are seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team at The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while fostering an environment of compassion and professionalism. Join us in making a difference in the lives of our residents.

Pay: Starting at $90,000/year

Hours: Monday through Friday; will require on- call

Responsibilities

• Oversee all nursing operations to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement effective nursing care plans tailored to residents' needs.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote professional development and teamwork.
• Manage medical records and ensure accurate documentation of patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Ensure resident rights are upheld while providing compassionate care.
• Monitor quality improvement initiatives within the nursing department.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BSN preferred.
• Proven experience in a nursing leadership role within a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical records management and care planning processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Point Click Care
