Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, client care, or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems.High level of empathy, professionalism, and a client-focused attitude.
