Trainee, Credit Management and Risk Relevant Collections (Finance)
The new graduate trainee program is a dynamic 18-month rotational program designed for previous BMW interns. Through this immersive experience, trainees will gain valuable insights into the business processes, strategy, culture, and BMW Group brands from a local perspective. By rotating through various departments, trainees will develop a well-rounded understanding of the organization and its operations. This program provides an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their career with the BMW Group.
As a Trainee, Credit Management and Risk Relevant Collections, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of AI use cases for application within the department. These use cases include Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models. The AI use cases will contribute toward enhancing efficiencies and decision-making efficiency. The following responsibilities are for the initial rotation and may vary over the course of the program.

Relocation is not available for this position.
This is a hybrid role that requires regular attendance in the office.
The hourly rate for Master's level Trainees is $30.24.
The hourly rate for Bachelor's level Trainees is $23.10.
All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
