IDM Engineer (Finance)
Join the Mizuho team as an IDM Engineer!
This role will require proactive work behavior: forward-thinking, change-oriented, growth mindset. You will be responsible for expanding the use of Identity Management tools and processes in the enterprise in an autonomous environment.
You will work on a team supporting our mission, which includes integrating with third-party software and on-premises infrastructure to ensure seamless user experience, high availability, and stay ahead of the needs of the business. This work will require cross-team communication and alignment with business functions, and could also include automation and process improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
Create and manage onboarding & offboarding of users and identities
Demonstrate advanced understanding of Sailpoint technology and capability develop, configure and deploy engineering components.
Advanced understanding of Access Governance, Completeness and Accuracy and configuring & running certification campaigns.
Responsible for triaging, troubleshooting and resolving support tickets for Sailpoint platform
Responsible for rolling out production changes and application onboarding to Sailpoint
Reports KPIs, KRIs and effectively manages and prioritize support tickets
Identifying and resolving technical and cross-functional project issues
Working closely with end users to ensure the project meets business needs
Oversee execution of various QC activities such as Unit test, Integration test, Performance test, User acceptance test, etc.
The expected base salary ranges from $77k-$140k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
