Inside Sales/Rental Coordinator (Project Management)

SUMMARY
The Inside Sales and Rental Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships with current and prospective customers. This will be accomplished by assisting customers with equipment sales and rental needs and assisting sales and rental representatives with the full rental and sales cycle; including, but not limited to dispatching for deliveries and pick-ups, fleet and reservation management and product knowledge.
This position will be responsible for a retail sales plan that involves generating opportunities and working closely with the sales representative to sell equipment solutions to customers through various channels, such as walk-ins and call-ins. This position will also initiate contact primarily by making outbound calls to provide customer information or to convert leads to opportunities through effective communication and questions with follow up answers.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
A minimum of a High School diploma and at least three (3) years industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have a valid driver license and a clean DMV report.

COMPENSATION
Wage Range: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour, plus commission plan
Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
