Fleet Maintenance Administrator (Project Management)
The Maintenance Administrative Assistant is responsible for high-level administrative duties that assist in the operational function of the Transportation Maintenance Department. The role serves as a supplemental contact for vendors as well as internal staff for support. The primary functions of a Maintenance Administrative Assistant are focused on accurate data entry, tracking and scheduling maintenance and services of equipment, maintaining and updating maintenance systems and records, including TMW, and assisting the Maintenance Manager with cost documentation. This role will help manage the mechanic, directing workflow and prioritizing work.
Responsibilities:
Keep all system information current and stay in constant communication with drivers and vendors to provide direction and support.You should be able to accurately and timely enter data into operating systemsUnderstand department process flowConstantly look for areas of improved efficiencyAble to properly communicate and escalate information as necessary and collaborate with cross-functional FST teams across the transportation division.You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST.
