Community Health Worker I - Bilingual - PT- Hybrid - San Antonio, TX (Finance)
We are looking for a Part-Time Community Health Worker to join the UTHealth School of Public Health in San Antonio, TX. This position will support the GRASSROOTS Health project within the Department of Management, Policy, and Community Health. In this position, you will provide outreach and care navigation for low-income and formerly homeless adults with Hepatitis B or C.

Seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Community Health Worker to work on the project providing viral hepatitis B and C education, screening, vaccination, and treatment to individuals with experiences of or at risk for homelessness. The work will be conducted off-campus at housing sites in the San Antonio area. The incumbent will be asked to visit housing sites weekly, assist other staff, help with care navigation for hepatitis B and C, help with data collection, and prepare reports.
