Phoenix Color Job Title: HVAC Mechanic

Lakeside Job Title: Maintenance Building & Grounds

Pay: $27.00 - 34.67/hr

Hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm with Overtime as needed

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Location: 18249 Phoenix Dr., Hagerstown, MD 21742

As our Maintenance HVAC / Building & Grounds, you will:

• Troubleshoot, repair and/or replace facilities, production plumbing and HVAC equipment
• Perform work order repairs, inspections and adjustments
• Maintain all facilities indoor/outdoor lighting
• Participate in plant safety, health and environmental programs
• Enter work orders into Electronic Maintenance software
• Install new equipment and run all plumbing and HVAC needs
• Perform facilities inspection of all HVAC and plumbing
• Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures
• All other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to climb ladders and work at high elevations up to 75 feet, carry up to 50lbs and stand/walk for 12 hours
• Must be able to work in varying conditions
• Ability to bend and reach for extended periods of time
• May be exposed to controlled chemical mists or vapors

Qualifications:

• High level troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to work cooperatively with others
• Computer literacy with proven skills utilizing MS Work, Excel and automated time keeping system
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and written work orders
• High levels of attention to detail
• Ability to work as a team and independently
• Additional Active Certifications Required
• 3 Years' HVAC experience
• Technical training with a concentration in HVAC strongly preferred
