Summary of Position
As a Financial Systems & IT Controls Intern, you will play a vital role in enhancing and maintaining Jabil's internal control framework to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) Section 404. SOX 404 requires companies to establish and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data. You will work closely with experienced professionals to document, implement, and monitor IT controls that help protect the integrity of large-scale ERP systems (SAP) and other industry-leading applications used across Jabil's global operations. These IT controls are essential for safeguarding financial data, preventing fraud, ensuring system security, and supporting regulatory compliance. This hands-on opportunity will give you valuable experience in IT risk management, system integrity, and process optimization, helping you build essential skills in financial system security, compliance, and implementing technology-driven controls within a fast-paced, global organization.
