This position is vital to the continued growth of the company to ensure high quality customer service. Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required. Position may also be responsible for the duties listed in the preceding level(s) position description. Accurately processes paperwork, employee, payroll & benefit changes received from clients following Company procedures within 2 business days of receipt.Performs customer service functions by answering customer requests and questions.Accurately tracks time spent working on each client for billing.Assists with I-9 and Employee Records reviews for clients in accordance with regulatory guidelines.Reconciles and Audits client benefits invoices quarterly.Accurately completes data entry on client spreadsheets or other systems.Assists with mass mailings and compliance on behalf of clients.Assists with writing and developing client job descriptions, client policies and client procedures.Assists with new hire orientations for clients.Schedules meetings as requested by HR Administrators.Files or scans documents and performs other clerical functions.Works with honesty, integrity, ethically, and accurately to provide excellent customer service.Work toward continuous quality improvement.Stay current with changing technology, including software programs.Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures.
